Okay, I divided this page into two sections. Season one and Season two. The season one info, is written by Ash, “All That is Ishida’s” former webmistress. And the season two info is written be me, Jen-chan. Ash/Jen's Note: **The opinions expressed below may not be generally agreed upon. But they are the truth to me, so please bear with it** Season One Yamato FULL NAME: Yamato "Matt" Ishida AGE: 11 CREST: Friendship PERSONALITY: Matt is the rebel, plain and simple. Everyone looks at Matt as the "cool guy", never showing fear and not caring about anyone but himself. That, of course, could not be further from the truth. Matt also doesn't deal with leader. It figures very well because he rarely listens to a word Tai says and when he does it usually ends with the two beating the living day lights out of each other. Despite Matt's act, he's actually a real softie at heart. Especially when it comes to his little brother, T.K. (Takeru). In the episode "Garurumon" we find out that T.K. is Matt's half brother and that because his parents are divorced they don't see each other much anymore. T.K. and his mom live out of the city and Matt lives with his father in Obida. His dad is a reporter for the local TV station and becomes actively involved in the battle for Earth when Matt and the others returned from DigiWorld (Which is surprising, because if I found out my son was supposed to save the world, I'd be freaking out.) Matt's most distinguishing hobby is the fact whenever he gets moody or sad he runs off to play on his harmonica, pretty much his solidary item from the other realm. Season Two Yamato Full Name: Yamato “Matt” Ishida Age: 14 Crest: Even though Matt doesn’t hold a crest anymore, He still holds The Crest of Friendship in his heart. Personality: Not much is known about Season two Yamato. hopefully, I’ll have more info up here soon. So far, all I know is Matt has abandoned his rebel image, he’s lost that spiky hair of his and grew it out. He doesn’t wear his green sleeveless turtle neck anymore or baggy blue jeans. They’ve been replaced with a green suit. Matt is starting to look like one of the Beetles, but that’s just my opinion. He no longer holds a harmonica in his hand, but an electric guitar. Our little Yamato Ishida has grown into a fine young man, and musician. He plays in a band which was formed by him and a few buddies. Wait! It gets better, not only does Matt play the guitar, he is also the lead vocalist. *blinks* MATT CAN SING?????!!!! Who knew?
